 Lou was born and raised in Toronto;- Lou moved to Etobicoke in 1990 where he presently resides and actively works in the Etobicoke, West Toronto and Mississauga areas;
- Lou has been a licensed Realtor since 1992 when he began in real estate;
- Lou joined Coldwell Banker Sturino in 1993;
- Lou joined Royal LePage West Realty Group, Brokerage in 2004;
- Lou is a Chartered Accountant and worked in public practice for 10 years;
- Specializing in the area of Forensic accounting and finance in the last 4 years;
- Lou has experience in the construction and building of new and custom homes;
- Lou is a very strong negotiator. With his skills and insights he has greatly benefited and satisfied his numerous clients;
- Lou has built a strong referral business since 1992 allowing him to assist many friends, family members and business associates of his clients;

- Elena brings to Lou's team 15 years of Legal experience in real estate;
- Elena's last position was as a Law Clerk in a Real Estate Lawyers office;
- Elena became a licensed Realtor in 1998;
- Elena offers high energy and outgoing qualities to Lou's team which makes their clients feel very comfortable;
- Elena assists with all aspects of administration including ads, marketing, customer service and follow up;
- Elena is also Lou's twin sister;
